Perlen Kein – Return & Exchange Policy

We put our heart into every design at Perlen Kein, and we want you to love what you receive. But we understand — sometimes things don’t go as expected. If that ever happens, we’re here to help.

Need to Exchange or Return? No worries.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • With tags and packaging intact

What’s Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Ordered the wrong size? We’ll sort that out.

  • Changed your mind about the design? No problem — we offer exchanges or store credit.

A Few Things That Can’t Be Returned

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Anything returned after the 7-day window

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Just send us a quick message at wecare@perlenkein.com or DM us on Instagram @perlenkein.in
Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Refunds

Once we get the item back and inspect it, we’ll issue your store credit or exchange within 3–5 working days.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of sending the item back is on the customer unless it was our mistake.
